Oriental Insurance Company has entered into a pact with multi brand car service solution provider – MyTVS – for offering emergency road services to its customers.
This free-of-cost service deal will provide coverage to more than 15 lakh vehicle policy holders of Oriental across the country.
MyTVS has provided training to 3,000 staff to address nationwide customer vehicle breakdown problems and offer emergency services in case of such breakdown problems.
Customers will have to call up the Oriental call center and inform the vehicle breakdown problem. They would be provided emergency services within 45-60 minutes of logging the call.
