UTI Mutual Fund has declared dividend for the UTI Fixed Income Interval Fund-Series II Quarterly Interval Plan IV. The fund house will distribute 100% of the distributable surplus as on the record date that has been fixed as January 19,2009. UTI Fixed Income Interval Fund-Series II is an interval scheme with an objective to generate regular return by investing in a portfolio of fixed income securities normally maturing in line with the time profile of the scheme.
ING Mutual Fund has revised the minimum application amount of ING Tax Savings Fund. After the revision the minimum investment to the fund will be Rs 500 and in multiples of Rs 500 thereafter and minimum additional purchase has also been revised to Rs 500 and in multiples of Rs 500 thereafter. The change in the minimum investment application will be effective from January 13, 2009.
Reliance Mutual Fund has filed draft offer document with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) for the Reliance Infrastructure Fund. The primary investment objective of the open ended, equity scheme is to generate long term capital appreciation by investing predominantly in equity and equity related instruments of companies engaged in infrastructure and infrastructure related sectors and which are incorporated or have their area of primary activity, in India and the secondary objective is to generate consistent returns by investing in debt and money market securities.
