As directed by SEBI vide its letter dated February 4, 2009, this Corrigendum to the PA is being issued to appraise the shareholders of Target Company about the following:
1. Activity Schedule
The schedule of activities set forth in the PA has been revised. The revised schedule of activities is as under:
Date of Opening of the Offer February 19, 2009
Date of Closing of the Offer March 12, 2009
2. Offer Size
In respect of the Offer size mentioned in the PA dated November 14, 2008, the words “upto 384,241,919 fully paid up equity shares” shall be read as “384,241,919 fully paid up equity shares”.
