Tanu Healthcare’s Board at its meeting held on February 04, 2009, has considered and approved the merger of Blue Cross Generic, Indore with the Company, subject to the necessary permission being obtained from Stock Exchange and other appropriate authorities including Stock Exchange.
Blue Cross Generics, Indore is a Company which has presence in the Medicinal Plants with the land bank for growing medicinal plantations.
