Reliance Industries (RIL), the private sector exploration and production (E&P) major belonging to the Mukesh Ambani Group, on Sunday stated that its subsidiary Reliance Industrial Infrastructure (RIIL) would continue to remain independent as of now.
RIL clarified that RIIL would not be merged with itself of any other entity, and rubbished rumours that were heard last week.
