Legend NGSS is a powerful screening and data management solution facilitating scientists to capture, store and analyze screening data with complete flexibility and accuracy in less time. It has the ability to accelerate the process of drug discovery and development with hits identification following a rapid analysis.
The solution will give users an opportunity to create rich visualization and interactive analysis reports, including dose-response curves and scatter plot heat maps. It provides flexible & interactive mother to daughter plate data mapping from any plate reader, optimized curve-fitting techniques to make the best fit kinetic and time course assays, on the fly new calculation definition for curve fitting and complete management of compound and targeted libraries.
Initially, the software will be launched in the US and Europe. Legend NGSS needs Oracle 9i/10g and runs on different versions of Windows OS.
