The Hindustan Petroleum Corporation (HPCL) has launched a 24 hour LPG refill booking facility for the benefit of the LPG customers in Kochi, Kerala.
The centralized LPG refill booking facility named HP Anytime shall provide a hassle-free experience for booking refills, raising complaints including leakage complaints and status enquiry, through an interactive voice response system (IVRS) powered by Idea Cellular.
This service can be availed at any convenient time including Sundays and holidays, as it is a 24 hour service.
All the refill bookings are to be handled through HP Anytime from February 15.
