Hindustan Construction Company Ltd (HCC) has informed BSE that HCC-Laing-Sadbhav Consortium i.e. Hindustan Construction Co. Ltd (HCC) John Laing Corporation Investment Ltd (U.K.) and Sadbhav Engineering Ltd has received a Letter of Award from National Highways Authority of India, New Delhi, to construct the 96.5 km highway from Maharashtra-Madhya Pradesh Border to Dhule on NH-3 on BOT basis. The HCC-Laing-Sadbhav Consortium will have exposure in the ratio of 37:36:27 respectively.
The contract envisages Design, Engineering, Finance, Procurement, Construction, Operation and Maintenance of 4/6 laning of MP/ Maharashtra Border ? Dhule Section of NH-3 from km 168.500 to km 265.000 in the State of Maharashtra under NHDP Phase IIIA on BOT (Toll) Basis.
The total estimated cost of the project is Rs 1415 Crore. The Concession Period is 18 years including Construction Period of 30 months.
