GMR Infrastructure – Promotrs BUY 5.65 lakh shares

GMR Infrastructure Ltd has informed BSE that GMR Holdings Pvt Ltd (‘GHPL’), promoter and holding Company of GMR Infrastructure Ltd (‘the Company’) has purchased 5,65,000 Equity Shares of Rs 2/- each on February 04, 2009 through open market purchase in normal segment on the Stock Exchanges. Consequent to the aforesaid acquisition of 5,65,000 Equity Shares, GHPL now holds 134,99,93,710 (74.1486%)Equity Shares of Rs 2/- each of the Company.
