Foreign institutional investors (FIIs) were net sellers of Rs 903.32 crore (provisional) in the cash mart on Friday, as per information posted on the BSE website. While FIIs made gross purchases of Rs 1,713.69 crore, their gross sales stood at Rs 2,617.01 crore.
Domestic institutional investors (DIIs) were net buyers of Rs 886.13 crore (provisional) on the same day. While DIIs made gross purchases of Rs 1,432.58 crore, their gross sales aggregated Rs 546.45 crore.
FIIs were net sellers of Rs 291.60 crore on Thursday, July 9, according to SEBI data. While FIIs made gross purchases of Rs 2,345.30 crore, their gross sales amounted to Rs 2,636.90 crore.
Mutual funds (MFs) bought equities worth Rs 746.70 crore and offloaded stocks worth Rs 489.50 crore, thus emerging as net buyers of Rs 257.20 crore on Thursday.
