ICICI Prudential Life has launched ICLAIM – an innovative claim intimation service via SMS for its policyholders.
This first-of-its kind service in the insurance industry provides assistance and prompt resolution on claims to policyholders whenever a claim situation arises. As per the initiative, the customer needs to send an SMS to the company with his policy number by typing ICLAIM <8 Digit Policy Number> and send it to 56767.
The customer would get a quick call back from ICICI Pru’s certified claims experts who will guide the policyholder through the documentation and process that needs to be followed enabling undisturbed and quick settlement of their claims. The customers can also avail information on their claim status on real time basis for no extra charge.
