Subex, a leading global provider of Operations and Business Support Systems (OSS / BSS), has extended its alliance with Telecom Italia (TI) to enable next generation IP and DSL services including Virtual Private Networks (VPN), Virtual Local Area Networks (VLAN) and Multi-Protocol Label Switching (MPLS).
As per the terms of the partnership, TI will continue to evolve its New Generation Operations Support System (NGOSS) based on Subex’s technology across Italy. This contract helps TI’s efforts to minimize operational costs while offering its subscribers a very high level of service.
Since 2000, Subex and TI have been working together to centralize and consolidate the management of TI’s broadband network.
