Karuturi Global Board after having received the balance 90% of the consideration amount, allotted 7, 13, 50,000 equity shares to the different investors who has exercised their option of conversion of warrants issued at Rs 16.50 warrant.
The Board has also allotted 5,17,750 equity shares to the employees of the Company who has exercised the stock options vested on them and after having received the consideration amount of Rs 1 per share, from Karuturi Employees Stock Option Plan 2006.
With the addition of 5,17,750 equity shares, the paid up capital has gone up to Rs 44,98,42,750 divided into 449842750 equity shares of Rs 1 each.
