Ansal Properties and Infrastructure has decided to develop ten thousand affordable homes in Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan. The company will invest about Rs 500 crore in the next one-and-half year in this regard. The housing units will be ready for delivery within 18 months.
The company already has land in possession where the projects are to be developed. All necessary approvals are also been granted. The company will offer the housing units varying from 200 sqft to 850 sqft at a price between Rs 2.5 lakh to Rs 9.5 lakh.
