Ansal Housing – New Township “Ansal Town”-Meerut

Ansal Housing & Construction Ltd has informed us that on January 18, 2009, the Company launched a new Township Project named “Ansal Town”, at Meerut. This is a Township Project located at National Highway ? 58 and the project is approved by Meerut Development Authority (MDA).

This Township Project is spread over an area of 65 acres and will have in-house amenities like Shopping Mall, School within the township, Ansals Chancellor Club with Swimming Pool / Gym / Card Room / Badminton Court, Convenient Shopping Centre, Landscaped Parks with Gazebo, 24 hours security, Children Play Area, Designer Entrance Gate. The Company will now undertake all the development and marketing work of the project. The Project is expected to have a turnover of approx 500 crores and will be completed over next 5 years approximately.
