Ansal Housing & Construction Ltd has informed FreePress that, the Company launched a new Group Housing Project named “Ansal Grace“, at Jammu (J&K). This is a Group Housing Project at Jammu Srinagar Kunjuwani Bypass Road, near Sainik Colony at Jammu (J&K).
This Group Housing Project is spread over an area of 6 acres and wilt have in-house amenities like Ample parking space, Club house, Swimming Pool, Party Lawn, Tennis Court, Landscaped Parks, Children Play Area, Meeting Room and Designer Entrance Gate etc. The Company will now undertake all the development and marketing work of the project. The Project is expected to have a turnover of approx. 65 crores and will be completed over next 3 years approximately.
