FIIs Exit India – Sell Rs 921 cr (prov) in the cash segment on Tuesday

Foreign institutional investors (FIIs) were net sellers of Rs 921.39 crore (provisional) in the cash segment on Tuesday, as per information on the BSE website. While FIIs made gross purchases of Rs 2,258.29 crore, their gross sales stood at Rs 3,179.68 crore.

Domestic institutional investors (DIIs) were net buyers of Rs 790.16 crore (provisional) on the same day. While DIIs made gross purchases of Rs 2,021.53 crore, their gross sales aggregated Rs 1,231.37 crore.

FIIs were net sellers of Rs 351.40 crore on Monday, July 6, according to SEBI data. While FIIs made gross purchases of Rs 3,189.50 crore, their gross sales amounted to Rs 3,540.80 crore.

Mutual funds (MFs) bought equities worth Rs 949.20 crore and offloaded stocks worth Rs 1,537 crore, this emerging as net sellers of Rs 587.80 crore on Monday.
